Kirsty joined Aquarius in late 2012 as a call handler and has developed her role to include Customer and In-House reporting.
Dealing with any customer enquiries for information and script changes Kirsty’s role has become pivotal for our customers in order for them to makes informed decisions on advertising and the such like.
Kirsty says “I enjoy being able to assist our customers where I can. It is important people have accurate information delivered to them exactly when they need it, that may even be before they expect it if we spot a trend”.
Kirsty has a passion for one of Edinburgh’s football teams, following them whenever she can, and has recently become an Aunty. When the opportunity arises, you can see her cutting some moves on the dance floor!
What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?
I support our staff with all their day to day needs. I am currently working on our new staff development programme and its role out
Favourite holiday destination?
We like to travel a lot, my favourite so far has been Barcelona

Seeing my staff grow and helping them to achieve their goals

I love to watch Rugby and WWE; however I don’t play any sports myself.
