How we work

From here, we’ll get all the key information and create a call script, your brand messaging, the key people we need to deal with in your team – and generally get everything organised so we can take your calls asap.

We’ll send you regular reports and updates on how your inbound calls are performing and how many sales you are achieving. This way, you always know the service is working well for you and you can monitor your efficiency.

Do you have set packages, or are services tailor-made?

Every business has different requirements, so we tailor every package to your needs. This way, you know you’re only paying for what you need and the potential gaps in your business communications.

Do you cover calls 24/7?

Our standard service handles calls from 8 am-11 pm, 365 days of the year. If you require 24-hours service, we can facilitate this too. This is ideal for emergency call handling and out of hours engineer call-outs.

How does it work? How do you know what to say?

Before getting started, we go through a detailed questionnaire with you. From this, we can set up call scripts, outline your process, and make sure our software is linked to your systems. From here, we’ll redirect your calls to our call centre or provide you with a specific phone line.

Whenever someone calls, your name and brand will appear on the screen in front of us. It will also display your call script, a list of FAQs and the customer journey. This ensures a smooth experience for your customers, and we’ll always come across as a member of your team.

What happens if you can’t answer the query or they need to speak to a manager in our team?

We always do our best to answer every query, but if your customer needs to speak to you or your team, we will forward the call to you. We’ll give you a brief introduction of what the call is regarding, so you can choose whether to answer or decline. You can also provide us with a list of people we can escalate calls to.

How do I monitor how many calls you’re taking and what’s being said?

You will receive a full daily report of any jobs dealt with and what requires your immediate attention. Depending on the services you’re using, there’ll also be data collection, call scripts, and any action required. You can use this to improve your customers’ experience, track communication and set up future marketing campaigns.

Who are your call handlers/operators?

We understand how important your brand is. That’s why our experienced operators are on hand to answer calls in the name of your business and act as genuine ambassadors for your brand. No robots; only real people.
