How does Aquarius support your company?
Barry values Aquarius’ ability to handles not only inbound calls for repair work but also outbound calls, which means annual services are booked in and then coordinated with their diary. This system works seamlessly and has completely revolutionised the business’ operations.
How do you feel the partnership with Aquarius works?
Barry feels he can place full trust in Aquarius and the services they provide. On the rare occasion he requires any assistance, his first contact is Neil- who’s an asset to the company. He also sings the praises of the team as a whole.
How do you feel Aquarius has benefited your Customer Service?
“I would really struggle to find another company that does what Aquarius does – or as well as they do it so I cannot imagine doing it any differently. Working with Aquarius really has changed the way our business operates for the better.”
