Since 2009 we have come a long way and on a daily basis are now the trusted supplier to more than 300 different businesses. We understand that it is our job to protect and support their brands, which we do by behaving as a genuine extension to their businesses.
Training and Recruitment
Our philosophy has always been to look after our people, so they can look after our business. We believe that a well trained, respected and motivated workforce will be more enthusiastic, more productive and more likely to stay with our company, which is evidenced by the high retention rates we have amongst our staff.
To ensure we remain successful and can continue to deliver excellence in customer service, we have to have the right people in place. We do this by having our own carefully honed selection process which looks for team players prepared to go the extra mile for both colleagues and clients.
Once we have found the right person, we invest time and energy into ensuring they have the right tools and training to become a skilled member of our team and someone who can genuinely call themselves an extension of our clients’ business and brand.
