Earlier in April, we had the pleasure of a personal tour of Hamleys Flagship Store in Regent Street, London.
Not only did we feel young all over again, more importantly we gained invaluable insight of how Hamleys operate its Flagship store.
This was a fantastic opportunity for us to meet our extended team at Hamleys and to build a flow of information between us.
As a result of our visit, we gained important understanding into the Hamleys brand, ethos and what makes them tick. Enabling us to create a seamless customer experience. We are delighted to provide customers with the full Hamleys experience that they deserve.
