Roddy Forfar is an industry leader in Customer Service and prides himself on the provision of a professional service to professionals by professionals.
Roddy began his career in retail management working in high street retailers (Laskys and Comet). During his time in retail he gained valuable training, knowledge and experience on the importance and value of keeping a customer for life through delivery of excellent customer service.
He has transferred this knowledge into Aquarius Contact Centres by challenging the normal Call Centre Infrastructure and embracing the new phenomenon that is Home Shoring.
Aquarius is Scotland’s first Home Worker Contact Centre, servicing a variety of sectors including On‐line Retail, Letting Agents, Tech Support and various reception services. This model not only keeps his customers ‐ and his customers customer’s happy ‐ it also ensures a consistency in staffing that other call centres can only dream of.
