Our Managing Director, Roddy Forfar, has over 25 years’ experience in both Retail Customer Service and Call Centres, this background combined with an indepth understanding of the customer journey has been key to the success we have experienced, he has focussed clearly on having the best people and keeping them and combining our people with the best technology and software to meet the ever changing market demands.
